This 3 days Trek through the berber villages in the high atlas mountains is a lifetime experience. You will spend three days exploring the high Atlas Mountains on foot. A walk amidst cool vegetation of juniper and pine trees is a perfect way to unwind.

Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel in Marrakech at around 8,00am. Accompanied by an English- speaking guide drive south up over gorges and high passes of the upper valleys to the Berber village of Imi oughlad from where you will start your trek. Once you arrive to this place, you will be met by our team which is composed of mule drivers and a cook. After loading your luggage on the mules,Start your trek in a forest of green oaks, reaching the Tizi ‘n Tacht Pass at an altitude of 2,000m. You will hike for approximately 5 hours during the day. Rest up for the night in a guesthouse in a berber lodge. 5h walk.

Start the day with a climb up to Azib Tamsoult 2250m where you will have lunch after visiting the Ighouliden waterfalls. After that you will go towards Tizi Mzik pass 2489m from where you will have nice views over azzaden valley & Imlil valley. walk donwhill to Imlil valley where you will spend the night at a guesthouse. 6 to 7h walk.

Today, you can have a short walk around berber villages in the Imlil valley before having lunch at the guesthouse. In the afternoon, transfer back to Marrakech. 1h30 drive

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
